with Chondroitin S04 600 mg

• 1 tablet twice a day

Also advisable is:

MSM 1000 mg
(This is advisable as it may have pain reducing enhancing properties).

• 1 tablet twice a day

"Webber" is a good supplier, however, others are
okay as well eg: "Holista", "Life Brand" etc…

CAUTION:
Patients with actual or potential shellfish allergy should
not take the above as it contains shrimp skins.

Topical Creams

1. Capsaicin (hot "pepper") – works on the same principle as acupuncture as it confuses the pain mechanism and is available over the counter. Please feel free to contact our office if you require further information.
2. Cyclobenzaprine and diflusinal – includes a pain killer and anti-inflammatory and is very effective in some cases. Only available by prescription.
